This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. In it, there are 8 terminations to be found. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 5V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 100MHz maximum.
