Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a TO-220-11 (Formed Leads) case. Op amps are General Purpose types of amplifier on the chip. This linear amplifier should be powered by an 35V battery. This particular linear amplifier is a type of Operational Amplifier device, to be precise. A total of 11 pins are present on the instrumentation amplifier. Op amp ic rates 5mV for input offset voltage.
