The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 361-LFBGA. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tray is used. A CPU with 1 Core 32-Bit cores and width 1 Core 32-Bit busses is used. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. A OMAP-L1x series item. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM926EJ-S processor. Memory controllers for this CPU are SDRAM. This microprocessor is equipped with an interface of HPI, I2C, McASP, McBSP, MMC/SD, SPI, UART. At 1.8V 3.3V, the CPU runs its I/O. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is MICROPROCESSOR CIRCUIT. Use OMAPL138 when searching for variants of the embedded microprocessor. In total, there are 361 terminations. Using a 1.3V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. At 456MHz, the CPU operates.
