OMAP3530EZCBBA Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 515-VFBGA, FCBGA. Cores/Bus width of the CPU is 1 Core 32-Bit . Extended operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. It comes from the OMAP-35xx series. A ARM? Cortex?-A8 processor is present in this CPU. It has LPDDR RAM controllers. The CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.0V. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Use OMAP3530 to search for variants of the cpu microprocessor. The total number of terminations is 515. Using a 1V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. For functions of 515 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A typical Graphics Processors embedded microprocessor. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 515 pins. With this CPU microprocessor, you get 3 UART (Universal Asynchro3us Receiver/Transmitter) channels.
