Using Tape & Reel (TR) as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.It is packaged the power management in 8-UFLGA Exposed Pad for ease of transportation.The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.It is intended to be used at Overvoltage Protection as well as for other applications.Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic -40°C~85°C will prevent malfunctions.The power management operates at a voltage of 3V~25V volts.Check out search NUS3065 for more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.The power management is equipped with 8 terminals.8 pins are present on the power managment ic.Surface Mount can be mounted on PCBs or other boards.It can perform a wide range of demanding tasks when powered by 4.8V voltage.The power ic's pinout starts with 8 pins.Voltage 750μA is required to operate this power management ic.It belongs to the Power Management Circuits series.In order to start up, it needs at least 3V .As a result, 1 channels work together to maintain the quality of the output.If the power supply ic's voltage is higher than 25V , you shouldn't feed it.The power management chip can be operated with 6V power supplies.
