NLVAST4599DTT1G Overview
As the electronic part is packed in SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6, international shipping is convenient. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 2:1 represents the number of circuits. Operating temperature around -55°C~125°C TA extended.
