NLV14066BDR2G Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), international shipping is convenient. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~125°C TA. The total number of terminations is 14. It is part of the design of the 14 series that this electronic component is included. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NO switching circuits. Search with NLV14066B if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. This digital multiplexer has 280Ohm internal resistance. Datasheets for 14 pin functions are available upon request. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 18V. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. 3V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are utilized by this digital multiplexer. It is possible to operate 4 inputs. The series starts with Automotive, AEC-Q100.
