NLAS5223BMNR2G Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 10-WFQFN, making it easy to ship abroad. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 2:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. 10 terminations have been made so far. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. With a 3V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. A key feature of the 10 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPDT switching circuits. Use NLAS5223 to search for variants of the digital switches. A 400mOhm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. For functions related to 10 pins, please refer to the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In normalcircumstances, users should not exceed 4.5V volts for the multiplexer. Analogue multiplexer with a Single supply type that is cost-effective. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 1.65V. An operating current of 1μA would be sufficient for this switch device. An analogue multiplexer drains from a single voltage supply at 1.65V~4.5V. Putting voltage greater than 2μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. Operating 2 inputs is required. The analog switch ics includes 4 outputs.
