NLAS5223BLMNR2G Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 10-WFQFN. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 2:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. A cost-effective Single supply type analogue multiplexer. 1.65V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. The switch device would be able to operate with 1μA current. This analogue multiplexer requires a voltage of 1.65V~4.5V when it drains from a single voltage supply. A voltage of 3V can be used to operate the electronic component. Operating the 2 inputs requires 2 inputs. The analog switch ics has 4 outputs.
