NLAS4501DTT1G Overview
Due to its SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~125°C TA. 5 terminations have been made so far. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 3V, it should be turned on and run. A total of 5 pins are injected into the body of the electronic part. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. Try searching with NLAS4501 if you're looking for variants. A 25Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. The datasheets for the 5 pins explain the functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A low voltage of 2V should be applied to the electronic component. For this multiplexer to operate, 1μA current would be sufficient.
