NLAS4501DTT1 Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -55°C~125°C TA. In total, there are 5 terminations. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. When a voltage supply of 3V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. An injection of 5 pins is performed into the body of the electrical component. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO switching circuits. A total of 1 circuits make up this switch device. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with NLAS4501. There is 25Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. You can find the functions of the 5 pins in the datasheets. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 5.5V. Analogue multiplexer with a Single supply type that is cost-effective. 2V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 1μA. Using a single voltage supply, this switch device consumes 2V~5.5V volts. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 1μA. 5V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component.
