NJU7114AD Overview
Electronic comparator is packaged in DIP for convenient transportation.There is a comparator of type OPEN-DRAIN output on this device.As you can see, the comparator has14 terminals.Electronic comparator is a component of the Comparator family.This comparator is capable of handling a wide range of tasks if it is supplied with a voltage of 5V .The device includes 14 pins.14 pins are available on the comparator.A Through Hole is provided for mounting on PCBs or other boards.Normal operation of the device requires a nominal supply current of 80μA .An excess of current supply over 80μA could result in malfunction of the comparator.This device requires 5V power supplies to operate.There is no need to exceed 70°C in terms of temperature.Lower temperatures than 0°C are unsuitable for it.The maximal supply voltage of the comparator is 14V .This comparator can be supplied with a voltage as low as 3V .To maintain the output quality, 4 channels work together.A comparator consists essentially of a very high-gain COMPARATOR amplifier.20mA is the output current of this device.
