NJU4053BM Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Circuits based on SPDT switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. There are 3 circuits in this multiplexer. A voltage of 3V~18V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply. There is a 16-DMP package offered by suppliers.
