NJM319V-TE1 Overview
In order to make transportation easier, it is packaged in SSOP .The comparator has a OPEN-COLLECTOR output.The device is designed with 14 terminations.The chip belongs to Comparator .The comparator is capable of achieving many demanding tasks when supplied with 15V voltage.The pinout of the component starts from 14 pins it has.The comparator is equipped with 14 pins.A Surface Mount is provided for mounting it onto a PCB or another board.The nominal supply current of the device should be 12.5mA for normal use.A current supply greater than 12.5mA may result in the comparator malfunctioning.Comparator electronics is apparent from the voltage formula that the voltage gain for the part is 92dB .In general, temperatures higher than 85°C are not recommended.Temperatures below -40°C are not suitable for the device.There is a maximum voltage supply on the comparator of 36V .A minimum supply voltage of 5V is allowed for this comparator.To ensure a high level of output quality, 2 channels work together.A comparator consists of a high-gain COMPARATOR amplifier.Its output current is rated as 25mA .
