NJM2355D# Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 18-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A Through Hole mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -20°C~75°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 28kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 7.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5V. As a result of the 200mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 50V.
