Shipments can be made in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad .The Surface Mount mounting method facilitates easy adaptation.The power management is intended for use at Processor as well as other applications.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction.The power management works at 4.5V~5.5V voltage.You can search NCP5371 if you are looking for more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.The power managment ic has 48 pins.There is a Surface Mount for mounting on a PCB or other board.Voltage 10mA is required to operate this power management ic.
