Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.WGate driversh a 4.5V~6.5V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of -30°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 5V.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A total of 8 pins are available for component connections.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 25V.
