NCP4331DBR2G Overview
Capsuled in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 5.6V~30V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Ramp, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
