Using Tape & Reel (TR) as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.The package is conveniently packaged the power management in 12-UFBGA, WLCSP .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.The power management is intended for use at Overvoltage Protection Controller as well as other applications.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction.The power management operates at 2.8V~28V volts.The power managment ic has 12 terminals.As a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog IC, the instruments designs has received lots of praise.It has a Surface Mount for mouting on PCB or other boards.When powered by 5V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing a wide range of demanding tasks.This power management ic operates from a voltage of 58μA .In order for the ic supplies to begin working, it must have at least 2.8V .Keeping output quality is the responsibility of 1 channels working together.Voltages greater than 28V should not be applied to the power supply ic.
