Tape & Reel (TR) is an acceptable method of shipping the power management.For ease of transportation, it is packaged the power management in 12-UFBGA, WLCSP .The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.The power management is intended for use at Overvoltage Protection Controller as well as other applications.It is recommended that you set the operating temperature of the power management ic to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions.For its operation, the power management uses 2.8V~28V voltage.The power managment ic is programmed with 12 pins.A supply current of 58μA should be applied to the power ic.
