Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable as a shipping the power management method.To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 12-UFBGA, WLCSP .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.It targets applications such as Overvoltage Protection and others.It is recommended that you set the operating temperature of the power management ic to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions.The power management operates at 2.8V~28V volts.The power management has 12 terminals.It has been praised for its accuracy as a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog IC.It has a Surface Mount for mouting on PCB or other boards.When operated at 5V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing a wide range of demanding tasks.This is ics supply of the Power Management Circuits series.In order for the ic supplies to operate, it will require at least 2.8V .It is important for 1 channels to work together in order to maintain a high quality output.There is no need to supply the power supply ic with voltages higher than 28V .The power management chip can be run with 5V power supplies.
