NCP170AMX330TCG Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the Voltage Regulated IC. A 4-XDFN Exposed Pad case contains the Liner IC. Basically, the voltage regulator chip is made up of 4 terminations. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. A total of 1 regulators are implemented in this eletric component. Regulator IC varies the range of Surface Mount operating temperatures. There is a temperature range of -40°C~85°C TJ degrees during operation of the IC regulator. There is a configuration in this voltage regulator IC that specifies that its output function is Positive. Currently, 150mA are being output by it at the moment. There is a 10 volt dropout voltage on this transistor. A 4-pin is present on the chip. It operates in the 900nA Quiescent Current state.
