With a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 23.2V~100V. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. The switching controller can be switched at 246kHz~1MHz.
