An embedded ac to dc converter is included in TO-261-4, TO-261AA package.The ac dc converter is available in Tape & Reel (TR) case.There is a AC/DC converter mounted in the way of Surface Mount .Ideally, the ac dc converter should be operated at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ degrees Celsius.A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is used in this AC DC converter.In this AC to DC transformer, the switching frequency is 130kHz .Supply voltage (Vcc/Vdd) does not need to exceed 6.3V~10V .There have been 4 terminations of this program.The ac/dc converter has a total of 4 pins.The pins of the ac-dc converter count up to 4 .Surface Mount is a suitable mounting point for the ac dc converters.The ac to dc conversions are contained in Switching Regulator or Controllers .It has been set to 800mA for the output current.It is possible for the interface IC to conduct when the supply voltage is 8.5V .
