Surface Mount is capable of mounting a PCB.The 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad is known for its low package costs.In order to operate normally, 3V~12V Supply Voltage is provided.It is packaged with material Tape & Reel (TR).With a 56-pin connector, it can be connected to a computer.A variety of 56 pins can be used depending on the application.Program terminations total 56.The operation of this system depends on the supply voltage of 3.3V.For 3.3V to perform properly, it requires current supply.In addition, it can be integrated into Modems as well.It is equipped with a PROGRAMMABLE MODEM type telecom IC.A maximum operating temperature of 85°C should be maintained.0.06mA is reached when it is supplied with the maximal current (Isup).There should be at least -40°C°C in the Operating Temperature.Using this electronic part, up to 1 receivers/drivers can be used at once.
