There is a case available for the cut smart buffer in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad. Tape & Reel (TR) is the form in which it is packaged. In normal operation, 12GHz is the maximum value. It contains 16 terminations. Supply voltages of 2.5V allow for high efficiency. As you can see, it is mounted by Surface Mount. The electrical component has a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Data. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. Ideally, it should be able to operate from 2.375V~3.465V volts. This item is positioned in the way of Surface Mount. There are 16 pins on the clock buffer. There is an output of RSECL, RSNECL, RSPECL. It is operated by using 16 pins. The NBSG14 family contains it. There is a circuit clock contained within Clock Drivers that is responsible for this function. There is an electronic gadget called 14 in this family. This is set to 3.465V for the maximum supply voltage. To ensure normal operation of the cut smart buffer, the supply voltage (Vsup) should always be kept above 2.375V. The default setting of this field is to output 8. There is a -2.5/-3.3/2.5/3.3V volt supply that powers the timeing clock. With the help of this gadget, it is also possible to obtain RSNECL MODE: VCC = 0 V WITH VEE = -2.375 V TO -3.465 V.
