NBSG111BA Overview
49-LBGA, FCBGA case is available for the cut smart buffer. There is a Tray package attached to it. Normal operation is limited to 6GHz. In it, there are 49 terminations. High efficiency is feasible with a supply voltage of 2.5V. A mount of Surface Mount has been applied to it.
