NBC12439AFAG Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 32-LQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 32 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input.
