NBC12430AFAR2 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 32-LQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 240. It contains 32 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
