NBC12430AFAR2 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 32-LQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 240. It contains 32 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input.
