NBC12429FAG Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-LQFP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 32 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 3.135V~5.25V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of PECL logic. It has been classified as a PLL Clock Generator electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. There is a 32-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. This part number NBC12429 is related to the following electrical components. There is a 32 pin that is available on the frequency synthesizers. PLL clock can handle a voltage of 5V as its supply voltage. This clock PLL features ALSO OPRATES AT 5V SUPPLY for better clock signal output. The output frequency can be amplified as high as possible with its 1 signal outputs. Frequency generator is able to reali400MHze high efficiency when operating at a frequency of 400MHz.
