There is a case option of 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad available for this clock divider. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. There is a maximum value of 8GHz for normal operation. A total of 16 terminations are present. Supply voltages of 2.5V are capable of achieving high efficiency. As a result, it will be mounted by Surface Mount in this case. An electronic component classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Translator, Data is categorized as such. Temperature -40°C~85°C is recommended for reliable performance. It should be able to work with a power source of 2.375V~3.465VV. It is placed in the way of Surface Mount. It has a pin count of 16 on it. The output of it is CML. It is operated using the 16 pins.
