NB6L295MNG Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package can be used instead. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 2.375V~3.6V. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C. As a result, it is configured with 512 taps/steps. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number NB6L295 are universally preferred. Terminals are located at QUAD. The system is equipped with 24 terminations for a unique configuration. When operating, 2.5V receives a supply voltage. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced ECL technology.
