NB3W1900LMNTXG Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 133.33MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~70°C. HCSL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
