As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
