As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, which is designed to be the clock source.
