There is a case option of 64-LQFP Exposed Pad available for this clock divider. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. Normal operation is limited to 1GHz. In it, there are 64 terminations. High efficiency is feasible with a supply voltage of 2.5V. Consequently, it will be mounted by Surface Mount. This electronic component falls under the classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer. When the temperature is set to -40°C~85°C, reliable performance is ensured. This circuit clock should be able to operate on a power supply of 2.375V~3.8V volts. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. The pin count is 64. The output is ECL, PECL.
