MUX509IDR Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. 4:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TA extended. There are 16 terminations totally. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 2 channels. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 15V voltage supply. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SP4T switching circuits. Circuits number 2 make up this analogue multiplexer. Search with MUX509 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. There is 170Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. Datasheets for 16 pin functions are available upon request. Integrated with DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER analog IC. The digital multiplexer has COMMON OUTPUT outputs that can be used. 500MHz-bandwidths can be used to transfer data between multiplexers. Resistivity from Drain to Source is 145Ohm for this electronic part.
