It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 50V.
