In a 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the MCU is available. There are 48 I/Os. Using the Mounting Type Surface Mount, the MCU is mounted on PCB. This Microcontroller is based on the 16-Bit core. The type of memory it uses for its program is FLASH. In this Microcontroller, temperature is controlled within the range -40°C~85°C TA. Microcontroller runs in MSP430x1xx Series. This program has a program memory of 48KB 48K x 8 + 256B bytes, which is the size of the program. There's a MSP430 Core Processor inside. The IC chip fits into the MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs category. The MCU has a number of 64 terminals. 16-bits are used for its size. Input voltage for the chip is 2.2V volts. A total of YES DMA channels are available on MCU chip. 48kB is the memory size of the part. A good performance can be achieved at a frequency of 8MHz, as long as it is operated at a low power consumption. Using the PWM channel YES, the device works with the motor. The chip has 64 pins. There are 64 pins on it. This 8 Programmable I/O section allows you to program the device in many different ways depending on what you need. It has 8 channels that can be accessed through UART. The Microcontroller has 8 A/D converters. An integrated circuit with 12 bits has a total of 12 bits. A total of 2 serial I/Os are incorporated into this part.
