Packaged in a 64-LQFP format. The MCU has 48 I/O ports. The Mounting Type of the Microcontroller is Surface Mount. A 16-Bit core is used in order to power the IC chip. This program memory has a size of 60KB 60K x 8 + 256B, which indicates what the size of the program memory is. Powered by a MSP430 Core processor. Microcontroller's a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. IC Chip 64 has 64 terminations. 16-bits are the size of the data that comes with MCU.
