It adopts the way of Surface Mount for RF Transceiver' mounting.This RF Transceiver module utilizes the Tray package for optimized performance.This RF Transceiver module has 12 terminations.Operating at -40°C~85°C is the recommended temperature for Transceiver's operation.As part of the MRF24J40M series, the high power Transceivers can be found.There are 12 pins that are used for the operation of the high power RF Transceiver.There is 2.4V~3.6V voltage limit on the RF Transceiver.RF Transceiver Modules operate with a frequency of 2.4GHz Hz.This Transceiver is widely used in a variety of applications with its Surface Mount mounting.
