MPC9993AC Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-LQFP package. LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 200MHz Max. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
