MPC9893AER2 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape and Reel method. As part of the TQFP package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 48 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 200MHz is available. This clock-generating IC is a 48-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. There is an available 48 pin on the clock generators. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of -40°C operations. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. As a result, it is commonly classified as a type of Clock Drivers clock PLL. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY for better clock signal output. There are 12 pins configured for enabling high true outputs on this clock generator. The 9893 family of parts can be used to find electronic parts that are similar to each other. This clock generator cannot be powered by voltages higher than 3.465V. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 2.375V. In PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits, this electronic frequency generator is used primarily as a clock component.
