MPC9230AC Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 32-LQFP package includes this clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 750MHz Max. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output.
