The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 689-BBGA Exposed Pad for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. Cores/Bus width of the CPU is 1 Core 32-Bit . Understand the operating temperature around 0°C~125°C TA. It comes from the MPC83xx series. This CPU is cored with a PowerPC e300c4s processor. DDR, DDR2 RAM controllers are used by this CPU. To serve better this microprocessor features DUART, I2C, MMC/SD, PCI, SPI interfaces. There is 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V I/O running on this CPU.
