With a packing size of 620-BBGA Exposed Pad, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. A CPU with 1 Core 32-Bit cores and width 1 Core 32-Bit busses is used. K-40°C~105°C TAw what the operating temperature is around -40°C~105°C TA. The cpu microprocessor belongs to the MPC83xx series. A PowerPC e300 processor powers this CPU. A CPU with this architecture uses DDR RAM controllers. The microprocessor features interfaces DUART, I2C, PCI, SPI for better service. I/O is run at 2.5V 3.3V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Use MPC8347 when searching for variants of the embedded microprocessor. There are 620 terminations totally. A 1.2V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. This microprocessor has an architecture of 32 bits.
