The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 620-BBGA Exposed Pad. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. Cores/Bus width of the CPU is 1 Core 32-Bit . Obtain a basic understanding of operating temperature around 0°C. A MPC83xx series item. With a core count of PowerPC e300c3, this CPU is multicore. A CPU with this architecture uses DDR, DDR2 RAM controllers. A DUART, I2C, PCI, SPI, TDM interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V is the CPU's I/O address. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR. Use MPC8315 to search for variants of the cpu microprocessor. There are 620 terminations totally. Turning on and running the embedded microprocessor with a 1V voltage supply should be possible. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. It can supply a maximum current of 1.05V. Microprocessors is a typical embedded microprocessor. With a 32 external data bus width, this CPU has a wide data bus. CPU microprocessor clock frequency is 66.67MHz. The micro processor requires 11.8/2.53.3V power supplies according to the datasheets.
