The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 516-BBGA Exposed Pad for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Tray. A CPU with 1 Core 32-Bit cores and width 1 Core 32-Bit busses is used. The operating temperature around 0°C~105°C TA should be understood. This is part of the MPC83xx series. The CPU is powered by a PowerPC e300c3 core. The CPU contains DDR, DDR2 RAM controllers. A DUART, HSSI, I2C, PCI, SPI interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V.
