MP6922AGS Overview
There is a Tube package for it. It is offered in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package in order to save space. Surface Mount instructs that it should be mounted in the following manner. It is recommended that the temperature be maintained at -40°C~125°C while functioning. Its exceptional performance makes it an excellent choice for Secondary-Side Controller, Synchronous Rectifier. Because of the 8V~24V supply voltage, high efficiency is possible. There is an analog IC ANALOG CIRCUIT in this device. In order for the device to work normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) should remain above 8V. 24V is set as the maximum supply voltage. To power this DC DC switching regulator, a supply current of 23mA is used. Using the Surface Mount method, it is mounted.
