There is a ac to dc converter embedded in package SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 .The AC/DC power converter Cut Tape (CT) is available for this product.It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount .Ideally, the ac dc converter should be operated at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ degrees Celsius.This AC/DC converter is designed for use within the range of 4.45V~4.6V supply voltage (Vcc/Vdd).Approximately 5 pins are present on the ac/dc converter.The ac dc converters is suitable for mounting by Surface Mount .There are 1 outputs to be processed.360mA is set as the output current.There is a possibility of powering the AC to DC converter under a voltage of 500V .It is assumed that a coverter generates 6W as its output power.During a 6.5V -voltage supply, the interface IC conducts.There is a TSOT-23-5 case to pack the power AC DC.When the maximum 125°C is set, the AC to DC power converter runs steadily.Temperatures below -40°C degrees Celsius are not permitted for this isolated switch.With a maximum output power of 6W , the AC to DC power converter can be used.
